Pop’s Capital periodically provides investment opportunities to qualified investors and provides investment materials only to individuals who meet applicable eligibility requirements. This page explains how investors are reviewed, how offering availability is managed, and how access to regulated investment materials is controlled.
Information Request & Eligibility Review
Investors begin by requesting investment materials through the Information Request Form. This allows Pop’s Capital to confirm eligibility and determine whether investment materials may be shared. Requesting information is an expression of interest only and does not constitute an offer, subscription, or commitment to invest.
If an offering is open, eligible investors may receive the appropriate materials for their review. If closed, investors may join the waitlist and will be notified when the next opportunity becomes available.
Current Offering Availability
Investment opportunities are offered periodically based on Pop’s Capital’s strategic financing schedule. If an offering is open, eligible investors may request access to the current materials. If closed, eligible investors are added to the waitlist and will be notified when a new opportunity becomes available.
Offering Memorandum
Any investment in Pop’s Capital Inc. is typically made through an approved Offering Memorandum and the related legal documentation for that specific offering. Access to these materials is restricted to eligible investors. In some cases, accredited investors may negotiate terms directly, which may differ from the terms described in the Offering Memorandum.
